RHHA Meeting Minutes 11/13/12 7pm

Treasurer Report : To come via email and will be included in the minutes… (never came).

 

The sign is now shored up….Joe got some angle Iron and that did the trick. Joe, Joe and Don did the sign….thanks for their efforts.

 

Don: Additions or Deletions to minutes. Approved minutes.

 

I wanna get together with a couple of the guys in the hood and go over the pier area and we need to do something with the shed and the Gazeebo. We have the money to repair it. It needs a lot of work. Not a lot of money. We need to come up wit h a plan of what to do with it.

December Saturday morning to make plan would be great. Then in January we can do it.

 

I have not had time to do anything else on the pier. So with the hurricane and all….

 

Party, Dec 4 Tues at 7pm. PARTY!

 

Don to Joe R – Do me a favor and pull weeds….it will only take baout hlaf hour. You can spray it, but don’t spray the good stuff.

 

Rita – Last year, we put two red bows up there for the holiday. If I can get two wreaths, I can do that too.

 

Jo F – Party? Who has heard what on who will be there. We should co-ordinate food for the party. Jo and Rita will contact to coordinate food and drink……we need a head count to make sure that we know what to buy and what to plan on.
