If you know or run across any historical information about Rhode Harbor or photographs, please let us know so that we can post them here on our website. Here, we can learn a little more about the place where we live as well as record history as it happens. Send an email if you have anything!
-June 2014: The RHHA welcomes Yardley and Tom Cavanaugh who moved into 3908 as Amber and Matt Teitt moved on to Ohio. In other news, we finally got the permit for the pier, had it built, and inspected. So, now as long as we replace the decking, the pier is in much better shape. Yay!
-June 2013: The RHHA welcomes Mike and Julie Rodger who moved into 3920 as Mike and Lisbeth Scruggs and their two children Sebastian and Amolia moved to Rehobeth Beach, Delaware.
-June 2011: RHHA welcomes the Kevin and Beth Muskgrove as they move into 3924 as we bid farewell to the Polglaise family. Also, Ray and Jackie Pearl’s home at 3908 is up for sale and scheduled for settlement later this month. Welcome to the new, and best of luck to those leaving us.
Also Wednesday, June 15, 2011 marked a historic RHHA date, as neighbors came together to plant two new Star Magnolias to adorn our community sign.
Thanks to all of those who helped in the clean-up and redesign of the area. Thank you.

-Winter 2009: After tearing down their original home completely, Bob and Kathy Mongold moved into their newly constructed home which now stands at 3901 Rhode Harbor Road. Their home is the last home that has been built in the neighborhood.
-Summer 2005: John Latuperissa’s home was completed at 3927 Rhode Harbor Road, on the property where the barn to the original Young House used to sit. Joan and Earl Young were the primary developers of Rhode Harbor and lived at 3925 Rhode Harbor Road, which was built in 1931 by Earl’s father. John’s home was the last parcel lot in the original development plan, thus indicating the completion of the community.
