RHHA Meeting Minutes 9\/9\/14 at Jo and Jan’s<\/p>\n

Intro: New neighbors are Liz and Jason McKenry and their 4 month old daughter Elise.<\/p>\n

Tresurer’s report:<\/p>\n

Checking account $576.15<\/p>\n

Paid insurance for common area in amount of $425<\/p>\n

Saving Account $4,581.32<\/p>\n

expense this month of stormwater bill = $109, will pay at the end of the month.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Carrie: will send out statements to each family<\/p>\n

Dues were due in September, but were moved earlier to pay for repairs \u2013 to June, then March bills were moved to September. The dues are $100 per year.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Background on pier.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Redecking is next step: Lumber wil be $1209…the community will do the work.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

after that we need to do the gazeebo and the shed. We need a couple of Saturdays to get the work done. we can do everything as a community.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Crab Feast: Sat. Sep 27th<\/sup>, rain date 28th<\/sup>. Tom will organize . a 2pm start at Don and Rita’s.<\/p>\n
