Bills (Pier Fund) \u2013 Atty Fees $702, then another bill from Macrone came in for $795, we don\u2019t have that amount of money….. Will address how to deal with bills later in the meeting.<\/p>\n

Front Sign Area \u2013 Stumps were removed today. $150. Gone!<\/p>\n
Mike Dove \u2013 D&D Tree did the work.<\/p>\n
2 Tree were bought last week, trees need to be planted.<\/p>\n
We need to dig holes to plant the trees tomorrow night around 7pm.<\/p>\n
Star Magnolias are the type of tree we got.<\/p>\n
Mike Scruggs may be able to help. Kevin Muskgrove gets home at 6:30. John Latuperissa home by 6:30pm. Will be there.<\/p>\n

Pier Issue \u2013 Macrone \u2013 sent dated materials from 1981 and 1977, said that the pier was not to have any boats on it. Basically, if a community has private piers, then you cannot have a community pier with boats. The developer made this deal with the county. Rec use only, fishing and swimming, not for any maritime use.<\/p>\n
County has not been any help on this. With the help of the atty\u2019s things have been up and down.<\/p>\n

John L- Remember the pier developer that I had come out? John has experience with this. His experience was that the builders are the ones that can get it through the county. I called this guy Chuck up, and he said you guys are going about it all the wrong way. This guy thinks that there may be a ray of sunlight…..so before we throw the towel in, I think it would be worth our time having a conversation with him. Bottom line, is that he is willing to meet with us.<\/p>\n

1-Lets get a letter together to close our accounts and severe our agreement with our attys and Macrone. Motion, all in favor. Passed (Carrie Zambrana-Treasurer to write a letter to attys and to Macrone to settle final balances and terminate further obligations or agreements.)<\/p>\n
