Minutes Approved: by voice<\/p>\n

Treasurer Report: Carrie Zambrana<\/p>\n
1 expense stamps $9 for bill dues<\/p>\n
2355.89 account balance \/ minus above expense<\/p>\n
Savings \/ Pier Fund $1237.89<\/p>\n
Coming up expenses include Gazeebo work and mulch at sign has been approved, so that will be coming.<\/p>\n
Letters for Dues went out to each family. 1 Family indicated that they thought that they had paid dues, but the issue was clarified.<\/p>\n

Pier Committee: Joe Z Called 2 companies came out for a bid, but did not hear anything back….and1 an another one. I\u2019ll try them again. We are standing at just reuilding the T only. We will only have them do necc. pilings and stringers, so they\u2019re straight. We\u2019ll do the decking ourselves.<\/p>\n

Election:<\/p>\n
1st<\/sup> thing:<\/p>\n Opened up to floor for Nominations: No one presented any additional nominations.<\/p>\n Noted that current candidates have been nominated for another year in same positions. All candidates accepted that responsibility.<\/p>\n Noted that proxies were submitted for 3 households,<\/p>\n Gillespie, Myer, and Dunbar, all in favor of current officers.<\/p>\n Next:<\/p>\n Motion on floor to cast vote to elect officers for 2012-2013 RHHA election cycle. Motion seconded.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n All in Favor w\/ voice vote to retain current officers for Jun 2012 \u2013 June 2013.<\/p>\n All present and listed above, plus proxies voted in favor of re-electing current candidates.<\/p>\n For the Record:<\/p>\n Don Dunbar: President<\/p>\n Joann Fyanes: Vice President<\/p>\n Carrie Zambrana: Treasurer<\/p>\n Greg Whitesell: Secretary<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Any Remaining business:<\/p>\n Jo: One thing we talked about was Joe using roundup up at the sign.<\/p>\n Jo will weed w roundup.<\/p>\n Matthew \u2013 I\u2019ll hit the poison Ivy with some poison.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Possibility: Be aware that there may be some people going form pier to pier in our creek stealing crabs.
