Couldn\u2019t be better. All indications are that they will approve what we want.<\/p>\n<p>The county pleaded out whole case and recommended that our variance and special exception be granted.<\/p>\n<p>Should take no more than 30 days, but he said we would probably get it in 15.<\/p>\n<p>I think we should have the permit in hand within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>All they have to do is sign of on it and print it up.<\/p>\n<p>It went great.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minutes: Any additions or deletions? Motion to approve? YES. Second? YES. Minutes approved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No VP Report.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Treasury Report:<\/p>\n<p>How many people have paid the assessment? Just a number, not names.<\/p>\n<p>Current $88.55 operating account<\/p>\n<p>Pier fund $5,840.17<\/p>\n<p>$3,500 is special assessment fees collected. 7 people, plus one tonight ($4,000)<\/p>\n<p>also have $2,300 for one member bond and slip fee.<\/p>\n<p>We have collected some dues for 2013, and $100 for 2014 collected.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expenses, storm water bill (new) $109.00, annual fee we will have to pay.<\/p>\n<p>insurance for pier, $425 &#8230; liability.<\/p>\n<p>Are we considered no-profit? JOE Z.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t have an IRS exemption. We are non-profit, we may have to see what we need to do.<\/p>\n<p>We just paid $1750 to the county for the hearing for the variance and special exception.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: You owe me<\/p>\n<p>$70, because I had to pay out of pocket for 2 extra signs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2013 dues are due this month. I have invoices now, and the rest will go out in the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: While we\u2019re talking about the pier. to Rita, ask Joe if he is going to want a slip.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carrie: We have to be prepared for the next bill to the builder. Probably when he starts work, and then when he is done.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: I do have a bill from the county for the hearing that we had.<\/p>\n<p>Hearing $480<\/p>\n<p>Special Exception $1200<\/p>\n<p>Signs = $140<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He also had some information for us from the health dept and the state that they have no objections to what we were asking for.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: We will still need some funds to re-deck the pier going out to the tee. The gazebo and the shed also need repair.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jo F \u2013 The sign up front looks really good.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: Any more questions on the pier issues for right now? We are 90% there right now.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anita: I\u2019m glad that is over.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: Any other new business?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jo F- Christmas Party? Tuesday in December 10 @ Jo and Jan\u2019s. We\u2019ll figure out the details later.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>YUM! YUM Good!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: Is the Association providing the alcohol okay?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jo F: Sure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: We will definitely have a meeting next month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carrie: Tuesday November 12? at Anita and Joe\u2019s house. 7pm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: Any other business?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We paid the fees when we filed the permit, right?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Joe Z: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don: If anyone talks to anyone who wasn\u2019t here tonight, tell them how things went.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carrie: The new neighbors&#8230; have anyone met them?
